"My name is Alesha and I've been with REI for four and a half years. I'm a sales lead in the camping department, and I'm also on our diversity, equity and inclusion team. REI truly believes that the outdoors is for all. And one of the biggest things about why I wanted to work here is because I didn't feel like I had a place in the outdoors—REI completely changed that for me. I get to introduce the outdoors to people who feel unwelcome or feel like they're not good enough to do a certain activity. That's my driving force. That's why I love this job."
