"I'm Ariel Levitt. I work in the lab @averybrewingco as a lab tech. I got my degree in nutrition and dietetics from Northern Illinois University. And then I always wanted to work in beer. So I moved to Colorado for the beer and the mountains. I really like the culture of working in beer because it's more casual and fun. People are just goofy. And at the end of the day, no matter what happened during work, you can just go down, grab a pint of beer with your friends or with your coworkers, and just cheers and hang out."
