“My name is Ashleigh Mahle, and I am a Registered Nurse. Growing up, I always wanted to be a nurse; I loved the idea of helping people. Of course, a big reason my job is meaningful is getting to be there for patients and their families in the most difficult of times. I am their advocate. I work with some of the best people you'll meet—other nurses, techs, pharmacists, physicians... And I love the educational opportunities you receive with every different position the nursing field offers. Even when times are tough and frustrations arise, I can always find meaning in my job. I'm very grateful to have known this is what I wanted to do from such a young age. Being a nurse is something that truly feels like me.”
