“A day in the life? Well, boy, it's pretty much dictated by phone calls—who needs what, when. I come into work and I might have a plan that I'm going to get the open enrollment rates done for the day. But if I get a phone call where somebody needs to get into rehab or find counseling, that changes my whole day and I start doing the research to get that person the help they need immediately. My day is dictated by what goes on in the employees' lives during the day.”
