"If I can, I try to pick out at least a few people on each leg to really focus on—like a family, a mom with kids—to make their flight special. I enjoy doing that. It makes the flights go by better, too. And I like the kiddos. I'm always giving out gummy bears to them if we have them. Just, you know, taking care of people. That's what our job is. We're trained for the worst-case scenario, but in general, we're taking care of people and making them feel comfortable."
